Good to know
We ship via Canada Post for ALL orders EXCEPT during a strike. If a Canada Post strike happens we ship with alternate carriers. We are located within BC, so if you're on the East Coast it will potentially take a bit longer.
We offer 3 shipping options (CANADA POST ONLY):
- Expedited Shipping: 3 – 7 business days on average
- Expresspost: 2 – 5 business days on average
- PRIORITY: 1 – 4 business days on average
NOTE: These are estimates and by no means set in stone, please refer to the expected date set by Canada Post upon receiving your tracking number.

We operate within BC and ship exclusively to Canadian residents. If you don't have a Canadian address, we are unable to serve you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We offer free shipping on any order over $140 when using Canada Post. If we're using an alternate shipper, which only happens during Canada Post strikes, our free shipping threshold goes up to $199.
If your order has not arrived and it has been longer than 15 business days since the date of shipping, we will be happy to reship it for you. If the order was not delivered because the address information left at checkout was incomplete or incorrect (such as missing a unit number), we will at our discretion charge for shipping a replacement package.
We are not able to offer refunds or returns, so all sales are final.
That being said, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will likely ship you a free replacement.
