Quality, claims and replacements

We take product quality and customer safety very seriously, with rigorous testing standards to ensure everything you receive is the highest quality possible. If you receive a product you feel doesn't meet the standard you expected, contact our support team — every claim is reviewed individually by our management team to determine the best resolution, which is usually a free replacement and occasionally store credit.

All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, and to maintain a degree of banking privacy, we cannot offer refunds or returns and cannot issue money returns. That does not mean you are stuck with a problem: if something is wrong with your order, reach out and we will most likely ship a free replacement. Replacements are sent for defective items, determined case by case by our management team, and concerns should be raised within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate while the evidence is fresh.

If you purchased multiples of the same item, a claim can only cover the unopened ones — if one is unsatisfactory, leave the rest sealed and contact customer service right away. Our team may request photos, videos, or other evidence to aid an investigation; if requested information is refused, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or credit.

Credits are issued as one-time coupon codes and expire after ninety (90) days. If a credit is not used in full, the remaining balance becomes void and cannot be reissued.

Shipping

Every package ships via Canada Post through a traceable, secure method, wrapped in a plain, tear-proof envelope with no external labelling of its contents. Order before 1pm EST Monday–Friday and your package ships the following morning. Orders over $140 ship free via Expedited.

If your order hasn't arrived and it's been more than 15 business days since the shipping date, tell us and we'll reship it. If it wasn't delivered because the address given at checkout was incomplete or incorrect — a missing unit number, for instance — we may charge shipping on the replacement. If a package arrives damaged or looks tampered with, contact us straight away. Canada Post inquiries are handled by the customer.

We always ship to the address used at checkout. An incorrect address can cause delays and additional shipping fees, and we reserve the right to charge for re-shipment of packages returned for any reason, including an incorrect postal address.

If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, we'll attempt to contact you for up to 3 days to adjust your order; failing that, we'll select the closest matching replacement, and no refund or credit is provided for replacements chosen this way.

Quality control and discreet packaging

Products are handled with sterile gloves, sanitized, and sealed in air-tight, tamper-proof packaging. If your package appears tampered with on delivery, contact us immediately.

Only the items inside your plain envelope or box carry HG branding — no nosy landlords, roommates, or family members will know what arrived.

Payment

We accept Interac e-transfer, credit/debit card (limited availability), and cryptocurrency (BTC/XMR).

Please do not place an order you don't intend to pay for. Card payments should be completed within 10 minutes and e-transfers within 24 hours of placing the order — unpaid orders disrupt operations, and repeat occurrences may result in losing access to the store.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to operate the store: what you provide at checkout or registration (name, address, email, phone) and standard log data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for analytics and fraud prevention. Cookies store preferences and session state, including your basket.

We never sell personal data. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and we will respond within one month.

No person under 19 years of age may use this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19.
