Golden Teacher

Like all psychedelics go into the experience with no expectations, but, Psychonauts commonly describe an increased capacity to feel love for everything, a deep sense of connection with the universe, gratitude that sees through everyday delusion, and room for genuine introspection and philosophical insight. Golden Teacher earned its name by offering those lessons more gently and reliably than most strains.

With any classical psychedelic, the trip depends on set and setting — your headspace going in and the environment around you. Pick a day with nothing on the calendar, a place you feel safe, and people you trust. And when the experience arrives, surrender to it rather than fighting it. That's the most important piece of advice we can give.

Four common methods: 1. CLASSIC — Eat them raw, as you would with any food. 2. BETTER LEMONTEK — Break apart the mushrooms with your hands into small chunks, put them in tea bags, then steep them in hot water for about 15–30 minutes. Let the water cool, then add it to lemon juice. 3. LEMONTEK — Break apart the mushrooms with your hands into small pieces, put them in a shot glass, pour lemon juice over them, wait 30 minutes, then drink the lemon juice and the pieces (kinda gross). 4. CAPSULE — Grind them up in a small coffee bean grinder, then put them in capsules. Time and labour intensive, but it masks the taste completely. You can also explore our capsule options.

It's the one we recommend for exactly that. Golden Teacher is the least potent of the strains we offer and is known for the most consistent, manageable experience of the bunch. Just remember that with any psychedelic, the trip still depends on set and setting.
